Please keep in mind that your corporation's standing with a faction is, more or less, an average of standings of members towards that faction (characters with no standings are ignored). That said, another option for you is to create/rent out a one...

I reported a bug approximately a month ago - I attacked my POS (in 0.6 security system) with a neutral alt and haven't gotten fired back at (Concord hasn't showed up either). Not sure if it's been fixed - I took my POS down since then.
